About Les Dames D’ Escoffier International, Phoenix Chapter:
LDEI Phoenix chapter joins the International Les ’Dames d’Escoffier community with the common Mission to inspire, advance and support women in food, beverage, and hospitality to achieve excellence in leadership and philanthropy.
The Phoenix chapter was founded in 1996 with the over-arching goal to uplift and support the Arizona culinary community. Our highly diversified membership is wide-ranging and includes Dames from around the entire state of Arizona. We are one of 42 chapters in the United States, Canada, London, France, Mexico, and Italy.
Phoenix Dames are women with at least 5 years of leadership experience in the food, beverage or hospitality industry who support the mission, vision, and guiding principles of Les Dames d’Escoffier International. We stress active engagement and participation in all chapter events, including fundraising activities and programming as well as attendance at in-person and online meetings.
As a Dame, you can expect to enjoy a community of professional, like-minded women who are warmly welcoming and open to sharing their knowledge, experiences, resources and solutions. You will also enjoy the synergy of working alongside women who are excited to make a positive difference in those around them. Experiencing caring support from fellow peers in the industry is an invaluable benefit of becoming a Phoenix Dame, as are the educational opportunities that frequently present themselves.
To be considered for membership, a candidate must complete a membership application packet (link below) and present a letter of recommendation from a current active Dame.
For 2024 applicants, new member applications will be accepted between July 20 – August 3, 2024.
