Beth Cochran is the Regional Vice President at Snooze A.M. Eatery, a full-service restaurant company based in Denver, CO and currently operating 63 locations across 10 states. Featuring an award winning sustainability program and responsibly sourced food, Snooze proudly supports community programs that give back 1% of sales from every restaurant.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Beth began her Arizona career in 1993, opening the very first P.F.Chang’s China Bistro in Scottsdale, where she spent 15 years. Her next role was Director of Franchise Operations for Paradise Bakery and Cafe.
She joined the Snooze team in 2014 and now oversees the Arizona and Nevada regions, in addition to being a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Beth is a Cystic Fibrosis Million Dollar Club recipient for her 15 Years serving as Chair of the “Celebrity Waiter in Suits ” fundraiser. She also serves on the Board of the Arizona Restaurant Association.
Her two adult children live in L.A., and she spends much of her free time with Stanley Tucci, her Westie-Pommerian-Maltese rescue dog. She enjoys traveling, dining out, many outdoor activities.
