After spending more than 20 years planning countless events as a corporate executive, but never finding the perfect caterer, Dawn launched Benedict’s Catering in 2003. What began as a small business run out of a home kitchen quickly became the go-to caterer for luxury retail, corporate and private events in Metro Phoenix.

Twenty years later, Benedict’s is now recognized as one of the Valley’s best corporate and private caterers. Dawn credits years of business and marketing experience in the beauty and fashion industries as contributors to her success in the hospitality world. Her Arts education allows her to utilize her creativity in addition to leading and coaching the culinarians who work alongside her. Dawn also gives full props to her late husband, Chef William Bejar, for teaching her the skills and recipes she still uses today.
