Francesca Scorzo

Francesca has hospitality and a love for food running through her veins, both by heritage and experience. A Scottsdale, Arizona native, she literally grew up in her father’s restaurant —Andreoli Italian Grocer— and is well-versed in both front and back of house operations. Although she earned a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Education from Arizona State University, Francesca returned to work at the family’s highly regarded eatery, and then spent almost a year in Italy to build her pastry skills.

Pastry is truly Francesca’s passion. In Turin, she did stints at both the pasticceria (bakery) Gambero Rosso; at the “pastry laboratory” Piatti, specializing in miniature pastries; and was Assistant Pastry Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan. Francesca says her communication style stems from ethical behavior, honesty and kindness. She believes in continuous learning, using her creativity, and exceeding expectations.
