As a veteran food industry professional, I have owned my catering company, Gallery of Food since 1990. I have been committed to farm-to-table cooking, sustainable farming and eating from the local food shed for most of my time in the kitchen. Throughout the years, I’ve had multiple restaurants in small unusual venues. With the COVID pandemic, I now find myself the owner of a Bodega… a tiny market with locally sourced and hand-crafted groceries. I am slowly finding my stride with the shop, and continue with my passion… catering and making delicious food.
