Mahfam Moeeni-Alarcon is the Founder, Co-Owner of Mingle + Graze and the Co-Founder, Co-Owner of Spin the Bottle Wine Shop.

Mahfam’s vision to create a restaurant centered around artisanal cheeses, fine wine, and recipes that invite you into her home was sparked from childhood. Her passion to bring people together over great food and conversation was instilled in her from her Iranian heritage, where hospitality runs deep in the culture. Mahfam began her hospitality career right after college, where she attended Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. From there she pursued an educational path of working in every position she could in hospitality: banquet cook at the AZ Biltmore Resort and Spa, catering coordinator for the Biltmore, lead fine-dining server, and finally in upscale retail. It was at Whole Foods where she spent 6 years as the wine buyer, fine tuning her skills and learning about cheeses from all over the world, fine wines, and craft beer. She founded Mingle + Graze in 2017. The first grazing table company in AZ. In 2019, Mingle + Graze opened its store front in downtown Chandler. In 2022, Spin the Bottle was established as a retail wine and az craft beer shop also located in downtown Chandler.

Mahfam is active in the Chandler community. She serves as the Chair for the Chandler Sister Cities and serves on the Arts Commission for Chandler. She’s a proud member of the Les Dames d’Escoffier Phoenix Chapter.
