Snooze AM Eatery is a full service Breakfast /Brunch restaurant. Open from 6:30am -2:30pm Mon-Fri and until 4:00pm on weekends.

The company started in Denver,CO in 2006. Expanding into 10 states there are currently 72 restaurants in 10 states.

Reservations are accepted and a remote waitlist on our app and in Yelp .

Our classic breakfast /brunch dishes have innovative twists with a responsibly sourced ingredients free of GMO ,additives or hormones- it’s what we call Snooze Approved Sourcing Standards and our Partners must meet these standards as well. We also have a full bar that features Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, Morning Margaritas, Espresso Martinis and full Barista coffee offerings.

We Compost, and Recycle to divert 90% of our waste from going into Landfills.
