Tricia started her Culinary career in the United States Air Force, retiring after serving 25 years as an Executive Chef to the Commanding General, Pacific Air Forces at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. She has worked in a vast array of duties and responsibilities during her Air Force career starting as a Food Service Specialist, Storeroom Manager, Dining Facility Manager and Subject Matter Expert & Program Manager for the Enlisted Aide Pacific Air Forces Command as the senior Enlisted Aide to the Commander. Since her retirement from the Air Force, she has worked in food sales; Culinary Instructor at two colleges; running her own meal prep and catering business and currently serves as the Culinary Director for an Applied Technologies High School in Mesa, AZ.
